Free alert audit
See what your last month of alerts was really telling you.
Send us an export of your alert history. Within [5] working days an engineer from our rota sends you a written report, and walks you through it on a call if you want. It costs nothing, and we never need access to your cloud.
What the report covers
- Noise
- How many pages nobody needed to act on, and which rules cause most of them.
- Duplicates
- Alerts that fire together for the same problem, and how many incidents that adds up to.
- Blind spots
- User journeys, such as sign-up or checkout, that no alert would catch.
- Runbook candidates
- Repeat issues that a step-by-step fix you approve could close without waking anyone.
- Night load
- How many pages landed outside working hours, and on whom.
- What we would have done
- Our estimate of which alerts we would have closed and which would have reached your engineer.
What you send us
A CSV or JSON export of 30 days of alerts from PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor or Google Cloud Monitoring. Alert names, times, services and how each was closed is enough. Strip anything you would rather we did not see; we will tell you if something important is missing.
We use the export only for your report and delete it within [N] days. [Confirm: NDA available on request]

Illustrative: made-up company and figures, in the format your report follows.
Questions about the audit
Is it really free?
Yes. It is how we show what we would do before you decide anything. You keep the report either way.
Do you need access to our cloud?
No. We work only from the export you send. There is no identity to create and nothing to install.
What if we have no alerting yet?
Then there is nothing to audit. Start with our alerts guide, and come back once alerts are firing.
