This notice is from Tracefox Consulting Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (“Tracefox”, “we”). It covers this website and enquiries you send us. Personal data we handle for customers under a contract, including anything we see in a customer’s production systems, is covered by that contract instead.
What we collect
- When you contact us or book a call: your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell us about your setup.
- The readiness check: nothing. Your answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
- When you visit the site: standard technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, which our hosting provider records in server logs.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for.
- To prepare a quote or proposal you’ve asked for.
- To keep the website running and secure.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business, such as email, scheduling and website hosting, and only for the purposes above. Some of them may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we require them to protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose or for legal and business record-keeping.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond as required by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
