How we price.
Fixed fee, always.
Time-and-materials creates the wrong incentives. We quote a number; we deliver against it. Scope changes get scoped — they don't slide in on the bill.
USD, paid net-15.
Same price in Singapore, San Francisco or Sydney. Invoices issued at engagement start and at each gate. Late fees match Stripe's default.
No referral fees.
We don't take kickbacks from observability vendors. Our recommendation is the one we'd make for our own production system.
Exit at any gate.
Each Foundational phase has a defined gate. You can fire us at the end of any of them and keep all deliverables to date.
Common questions about the ledger.
- Do you discount for non-profits or open source?
- 20% off Diagnostic and Foundational for registered non-profits and projects under a recognised open-source foundation. Just ask.
- Can I pay in SGD or AUD?
- Yes — at the spot rate on the day of invoice. We don't hedge for you, so a stronger USD raises your local price.
- What if scope changes mid-engagement?
- We re-scope in writing, you approve, then we proceed. We do not silently absorb scope creep — that creates the rushed delivery that kills consultancies.
- Do you take equity in lieu of fees?
- No. We're not a fund.
